Tesla CEO Elon Musk has repeatedly said that the company’s futuristic vehicle Cybertruck would ramp into mass production early in 2024.

The truck’s unique presence will demand attention when it is released.
Adam Jonas, an analyst of Morgan Stanley, argues that Tesla might intentionally limit truck production.
He explained to StreetInsider that the truck lacks a Tesla emblem anywhere on the exterior.
After all, looking at its unique design, the truck symbolizes the company.
Jonas feels the Cybertruck carries more value in a zeitgeist sense than in an economic sense.
Everyone needs to understand that Tesla is in a different situation today than when the company introduced the Cybertruck.
Back then, Tesla had just begun having a profit.
On the other hand, today, Elon Musk’s Tesla made more than Ford and General Motors combined.
Tesla doesn’t necessarily need to sell the Cybertruck in mass quantities to continue its growth.
Keeping it as a flagship truck would leave space for another smaller truck to be the mainstream option.
At the same time, this approach could take pressure off of Elon Musk to ramp to “mass production.”
Musk and Tesla need to consider this approach to save their Cybertruck career.
