Therefore, Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders declared a state of emergency and released 100 members of the National Guard to help the people.
Besides, at least four people dead, and many others were injured in the city of Wynne, Arkansas.
In Little Rock, one person was dead and two dozen were hospitalized.
Based on the Little Rock Police Department, homes and apartment complexes were severely damaged.
Frank Scott Jr., the city’s mayor, wrote on Twitter Saturday morning that the government starts the long process of rebuilding as dawn breaks.
