Jeremaine took delivery of his new Tesla Model S car from Pennsylvania, and his car was totaled in a fatal collision three hours later.

After picking up the brand-new car, he drove it on the highway home to Shreveport, Louisiana.

His trip would save him $1,400 on shipping fees if only Jeremaine didn’t experience the collision on the highway.

As the video captured by the vehicle’s TeslaCam system, a wrong-way Honda Accord appeared out of nowhere in front of the Tesla.

Confusingly, the driver of the Honda Accord didn’t brake or make any other efforts to avoid the collision.

Hence, Jeremaine immediately steered his Tesla Model S car into the right lane. He sideswiped the front wheel of a semi-truck in the process.

Finally, Jeremaine’s car was thrown into the highway barrier and crashed by the truck. The crash happened just three hours after he got to enjoy driving his new Tesla.

Luckily, the car protected his life as all the airbags deployed. The entire front end of his car was torn off, and the tires were ripped off.

However, he will purchase another Tesla once his insurance claim is resolved.

He should do that since the Tesla Model S demonstrated its capacity to handle a serious crash.
