Christophe Galtier’s squad got three precious points after a comfortable win for the PSG vs. Strasbourg match at Parc Des Princes.

Hence, Les Parisiens sits at the top of the French league table with a convincing eight-point lead. PSG is currently unbeaten across all competition, and Galtier successfully converted this match to another three points.

Lionel Messi missed this match after winning the World Cup, but both Neymar and Kylian Mbappe were available.

Les Parisiens got the first goal through Marquinhos’ header from the center of the box in the 14th minute. The center-back converted Neymar’s crossing following a set-piece situation.

Unfortunately, Marquinho created his own goal in the 51st minute as the visiting team leveled the scoresheet, PSG vs. Strasbourg 1-1. Another bad news occurred for PSG as Neymar received a red card in the 62nd minute.

Galtier made two changes to refresh his squad 10 minutes later as Carlos Soler and Pablo Sarabia came in.

Finally, PSG got their second goal after Mbappe converted a penalty to the bottom right corner in the 96th minute.

After losing the PSG vs. Strasbourg match, Strasbourg is still in the relegation zone with only one victory in Ligue-1.

In the last five games, they have bagged nine goals but have conceded eleven.

Strasbourg is looking for their second win in the league when facing Troyes this weekend.
