After Bruce Willis’ frontotemporal dementia diagnosis was revealed, Emma Heming Willis warned paparazzi not to approach her husband.

The 44-year-old shares her thoughts in an Instagram video by appreciating the understanding of not following her husband during an outing.

She continued by saying she wants her husband to fully participate in his life.

She also added that she understood the paparazzi’s job, but her husband’s quality of life was the most important.

Emma Heming Willis’ first message appeared Saturday when Bruce was approached at a rare coffee shop with friends.

Emma explained it’s difficult and stressful to look after someone with dementia.

Furthermore, getting them into the world is not easy, even to have a cup of coffee. She also praised Bruce’s friends who protected him at the coffee shop.

Since Bruce’s diagnosis, Emma Heming Willis has been dedicated to raising awareness about dementia.

Last week, she shared a photo on her Instagram about dementia care and specialist Teepa Snow.

She tagged the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration and praised the help she got while learning how to handle Bruce’s health.

Snow replied in the comments by praising Emma Heming Willis, who has done a great job of supporting her husband.

Frontotemporal dementia isn’t easy, but the patient will have a great chance if he receives the proper programming and support.
