Taylor Swift Closed Her First Leg Tour at LA’s SoFi Stadium

Taylor Swift finished her six-night performance at SoFi Stadium in Calif. (Wed, Aug. 9), ending the first leg of her North American tour.

In addition to her surprise songs, the superstar dropped one massive announcement that got an explosive reaction from the crowds.

Some celebrities attended the event, including Adam Sandler and Swift’s close friend Emma Stone.

Stone was spotted in the same section as Damien Chazelle, her La La Land director.

Fans at SoFi Stadium went through all the emotions, especially after hearing two of Taylor Swift’s songs: “New Year’s Day” and a guitar rendition of “New Romantics.”

She revealed she was going to re-record her first six albums as she wanted to own her music.

The way to do it is by recording her old albums and calling them Taylor’s Version, including her all-pop blockbuster, Taylor Swift 1989.

Later, the 1989 logo was shown on the stadium screens along with its release date: October 27.

The roar of the crowd might be a great sign for us to witness the biggest selling of Taylor Swift’s album when the set drops this fall.

Apart from her successful career, the star is just a sweetheart.

During the show, she paid further tribute to unsung staffers by delivering an impassioned onstage shoutout.

She asked for a moment to applaud the Eras Tour Crew.
